1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website or any affiliated storefront operated by Airmid Research (collectively, the “Site”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Site.

Airmid Research reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, User represents and warrants that:

  • User is at least 18 years of age
  • User has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
  • User will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Nature of Products (Research Use Only)

All products offered through the Site are:

  • Intended strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or educational purposes only

5. Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing from the Site, User acknowledges and agrees:

  • They are a qualified professional or researcher, or acting under the supervision of one
  • They understand the nature, risks, and handling requirements of research compounds
  • They are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction
  • They are solely responsible for determining whether their intended use of Products complies with all applicable laws and regulations

If User intends to use Products for any purpose that may constitute Clinical Use or require regulatory authorization, User must obtain all required regulatory approvals, clearances, or authorizations before any such use.

User assumes full responsibility for:

  • Proper handling
  • Storage
  • Usage
  • Disposal

An active checkbox affirming the buyer is a qualified purchaser buying for research purposes only should be implemented at checkout.

6. Prohibited Uses

Products may not be used for:

  • Veterinary use
  • Clinical or therapeutic applications
  • Resale for consumption
  • Any unlawful purpose

Any misuse of products is strictly prohibited.

7. Order Acceptance & Refusal

Airmid Research reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Require additional verification prior to fulfillment
  • Discontinue any product
  • Modify this Policy at any time, with the updated version effective upon posting
  • Report suspected violations of this RUO Policy or applicable law to regulatory or law enforcement authorities

Orders may be canceled if:

  • Suspected fraud is identified
  • Billing/shipping information cannot be verified
  • Compliance concerns arise, in Airmid Research's sole discretion

8. Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Airmid Research reserves the right to:

  • Discontinue products
  • Limit supply
  • Substitute equivalent items where applicable

9. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within standard operational timelines. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the User upon confirmed delivery.

Airmid Research is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Customs delays or international shipping issues

10. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Exceptions may be made only in cases of:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect shipments

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include supporting documentation. Airmid Research reserves the right to approve or deny all claims at its discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AIRMID RESEARCH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SAFETY, EFFICACY, ACCURACY, OR PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCTS FOR ANY CLINICAL, THERAPEUTIC, OR PATIENT-RELATED APPLICATION. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH ANY USE OF PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF PERMITTED RESEARCH USE.

Airmid Research shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Misuse
  • Improper handling
  • Unintended use
  • Third-party actions

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AIRMID RESEARCH BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SALE OR USE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF AIRMID RESEARCH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Airmid Research, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, branding, images, and materials—is the property of Airmid Research and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

14. Website Availability

Airmid Research does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site. The Site may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between User and Airmid Research regarding use of the Site and purchase of products.

18. Acknowledgment

By using this Site or placing an order, User acknowledges that:

  • All products are intended strictly for research purposes only
  • Products are not for human or animal consumption
  • User assumes full responsibility for all use and handling
